It's not my boat, I'm trying to help out a friend. He and I both are disabled and not working, $40 is a bit much for him or me to pay for a book.

You might also try your local public library. A lot of them have those manuals and you can copy the pages you need.

Yes it is a 1997 model. Ifyou have a diagram of the lower unit, that would be great I need to put in a water pump kit.
