Lawrence 3500 finder in the console is no longer functional. I've only owned the boat for a year, motor replacement so haven't been out much. Anyone have an idea where the transducer is mounted? I've tried nosing around but can't seem to figure it out. Like the idea of replacing with another through hull but given that the hull isn't easily accessible I'm wondering if it wouldn't be easier to do a transom mount. The rear berth has screws around the perimeter, wondering if that whole panel comes off? Any advice is appreciated.
