depth finder question

Hi,<br /> i am looking to uy a depth finder and looking well i have about 150-200 dollars to spend and looking or a good one. i heard of the hummingbird cutting out at high speeds but i want to know a good brand to buy help. eagle,humming bird, lawrence. help.

Take your pick.. just don't get a hummingbird.. some people like them, but I have one and I am not one of them. Furuno and lawrence would probably be two of the best, but there are others that are just as good, but cheaper..<br /><br />also, you might want to see if you can get a two beam transducer unit..<br /><br />regards<br /><br />Frank
