Desparately need ebay phone number for identity theft reporting !!!

A cute young very blonde co-worker was dumb enough to answer either a paypal or ebay phishing email.<br /><br />She clicked the link and entered her username and password.<br />Money is draining out of her paypal account and credit union account. She lost about $300 so far.<br />She has already notified the credit union and canceled the credit card that is linked to the account.<br /><br />But she cannot get thru to either paypal or ebay to change her passwords. Paypal will not let her close her account because of "transactions in progress", whatever that means.<br /><br />She needs help.<br /><br />I told her to close all her bank accounts NOW, but she has direct deposit and her check, along with her annual bonus check, will be deposited in her account on Friday the 3rd. So then I told her to get up early in the morning and wait at the credit union for those deposits, and immediately withdraw the money and open new accounts.<br /><br />Anyone have a phone number that may help her?
