desperately seeking manifold

hi all, just wondering if anyone knows where i can find a exhaust manifold for a chris craft 181 fl(130hp) inboard engine. thanks

You can always try Sierra, Barr or Osco‘s web sites. Post a picture. I may be able to match it up with my big book.

nope no luck there,,it reads US marine power corp, and whats funny is the date is 9-25-87. so they must of had some laying around. i talked to few people and they said its extremely difficult to find these. Uhhhh this is killing me.

Keep looking on the web. That is where I found my rare parts. Actually I found a parts broker out of New York and he found it (a flywheel) in California. Had to pay through the a$$ for it but you expect that when you involve any type of broker.

You can Always Adapt a Mercruiser manifold to your ChrisCraft configuration.......

its a 74 chris craft tournement. the problem with the mercruiser adapter is i have to replace everything and im gonna pay out the arse. id rather replace the engine, plus the carb would be relocated to the top of the engine and id have to raise the hatch another 6 inches,,i really dont wanna do that. Ill get you guys some pictures of the manifold and you can decide wether its weldable. the crack actually is in the exhaust part of the mainifold,,no water.
