DF115 - Changing for counter-rotation

I have a twin screw, 2 x DF115, same rotation, and I would like one of them counter-rotating.

Anybody knowing if it is possible to adapt or change parts of the lower unit to get counter-rotate?

I believe all the internals short of the shift have to be changed over. It would probably be a less expensive process just to find a CR gearcase. That way you're not going through the agony of shimming as well as trying to mate/adapt used parts.
