diagnostics adaptor DF250

Anyone out there have a wiring diagram for a Suzuki DF250 ?
What exactly does the interface adaptor (09933-19830 ) do is it just a USB to serial connection ? or does it do more ?

no you need the kit as i has a module on it as well
