I have a 1989 454 mag bravo 1. Back in november I ran engine off muffs with fresh water. I shut it down and open drain cocks for engine block. Previous owner put a inline valve like a hose faucet. I opened that too. Disconected hoses from headers. Disconnected water pump hoses and poured antifreeze down them. Disconnected hoses from t-stat housing and poured antifreeze down them. So i had figured the block is filled with antifeeze and should be ok. It was my first winterizing job. I did not drain power steering cooler. I am hoping by disconnecting all those hoses and pouring straight antifreeze down them it should be ok. Now Im worried I did it wrong and something is broke or cracked. I am trading it in in 2 weeks and dealer is under impression engine is ok. I hope it is! otherwise my new boat deal may be bad!
