Difference in motors from different years

I have a 1980 75hp johnson. Will a 75hp from 76 or 77 be same parts?

What parts? Basic powerhead parts (block, crank, rods, pistons, head) will interchange. Intake & carbs will interchange too.

Thank you. I checked some ignition parts and found they are not interchangeable.
