I was on my boat tonight and I had all my cabin lights on as well as my arch and courtesy lights on. After about 30 minutes, I noticed the cabin lights dimmed. I plugged into dockside power but they dimmed again after another 30 minutes. Does this suggest my batteries are going? I plan to replace them for next season as they are 4 years old. I hope they will last for another week or two as I will be taking the boat out for the winter. Anything special I should be checking? My guage indicates 13 volts when the engines are running.

You could check the water level in the batteries. That?s where I would start.

Torcano,
Having your dock side power on has no effect on your lights. Completely different systems. Dock side power is for your accessories that are operated by 120vac (hot water heater, A/C, battery charger, TV, Microwave, Stove). You need to make sure your battery charger is turned on to recharge your batteries which operates your 12dc systems, like ALL of your lights.

I noticed the cabin lights dimmed.

Ayuh,....

Just the cabin lights,..?? or All of the lights,..??

If it's Just the cabin lights,.... It's in that circuit,...
Probably some corrosion, maybe on the ground side....
