dirt in alpha one exhaust

I have my boat trailered and covered in the driveway. Which is a dirt driveway. My 2 year old son was having a ball with the dirt while I was enjoying some wine. Next thing I see is him carrying dirt and putting it in the propeller exhaust. I lowered the outdrive but am concerned about the dirt that he put in there.
Should I be concerned will this dirt cause any damage? Im guessing its only a couple of handfuls(2 year old hands)

Oh just for reference its a 2001 sea ray 180

It will not hurt a thing...it will blow out when started.
