distrubtor disk & rotor specs

i have my 115 distrubtor apart to swap the disk and rotor to my new distrubutor (used).how does it seperate.and what is the specs on the rotor metal tab mine looks like its on a angle .will it work pics below .thanks.what can i flaten it to .or leave it

Here's the operation from the manual, just be careful with the rotor when removing. Hope you can read this file-size limitations don't help. Don't bend the rotor tip just clean the rotor and it's contacts.

C clips hold the shaft in, the rotor does not come off the shaft. While you are in there change the bearings. Your rotor looks rough, make sure you clean it up and remove any carbon tracks. The disk is likely warped due to corrosion between the rotor and the retaining ring. Pay attention to which way is up on the wheel. One of the cut outs IS a different size.

where is the c clips .where are these?down inside.to take rotor shaft out i need to remove the nut and hold the disk against housing then tap on the rotor shaft ,thats what the page says from merc850

ok thanks evey1 .its torn apart.the bearings can you pack them or they sealed my top one looks pretty ruff with dirt looking rust .spins good .and cleaning the disk, with what theres alot of green stuff on the bottom side of it .what type of grease should i use? thanks

You cannot grease the bearings, they are sealed. Replace them and the cir clip that holds the top bearing in if it is not already corroded away.

i need a picture of the carb and distrubtor linkage for the throttle.the manual has a black and white and cant see the page.
