I have a stainless steel prop off my Merc 70HP which has a few very small dings in it. (Leading edge, near the hub, perhaps 3/8" long and less than 1/8" displaced fron the normal curve)
Is the metal in a stainless prop mallable enough for me to simply work out these dings with a hammer and piece of wood as backing?
My concern is cracking if the metel is brittle. Does mild heat help?
Thanks in advance
