Do either of these look like '60s Johnson serial numbers?

I'm trying to figure what a couple numbers are, they are written on the title of my boat that was stolen, I'd like to know if they may be serial numbers or model numbers relating to the Johnson outboard.

Motor was mounted to a 66 Atlas Traveler, larger motor, probably 60-80 hp, but I don't know for certian.

Don't look like it to me, maybe boat serial and model number.
