I too have experienced aliens tinkering with my craft...like you, I continue to seek logical explanations and continue to come up blank. One time they unfastened my mooring shackle setting my boat adrift...found it beached a short distance away. I try not to irritate them...

JB<br />LOTW? Are you referring to Lake of the Woods, between Minnesota and Canada? If so, I'm almost on the south shore of it (near Rocky Point) and my brother has a house on the Warroad River.

Just a general suggestion. You should look into installing a battery combiner like the West Marine Combiner 150. It allows all your batteries to share a charge and be discharged individually. Then you can isolate your circuits keeping a starting battery for just starting the engine and a deep cycle "house" battery for running everything else.
