Do i have to chage the Head Gasket?

Hi, my name is Fabian Velez, i have a problem with my Force 50Hp, i was in the lake last week end and my motor was doing a poor performance when i started, then i realize that it was too smokey, when i opened the motor cover it was with a lot of smoke and the head of the piston was very, very hot, the impellent was not working, so i decided to wait a little bit and restart the motor, this time the impellent worked fine, i pulled out the boat and dissasemble the lower unit to check the impellent, but it was OK, i reasamble the lower unit and the impeller wasnt working again, the color of my motor is white, the power head was white brown, what type of thest do i have to do to see if my head gasket or the powerhead are broken?<br /><br />Thanks

G'day fabian. Remove ths spark plugs and check the compressions with a compression guage. I reckon that you have a few problems. If you want to fix the motor yourself then get a manual.
