Do i need two batts....

I have a 16 foot starcraft with a 73' 50hp evinrude...and a new v2 40# thrust bow mount motor along with a humminbird 170 fishfinder...running lights........Im not going on any huge trips...Maybe 5 hrs on the water is the most at a time...DO i need two batteries. or will one dual purpose 27 series do the trick

I'd get another battery for the trolling motor. (12 volt trolling motor?) The deep cycle battery is made to discharge and then recharge.

Spring for the 2nd battery.......not cranking is not fun.
