*** DO O JAVE A POWER OT JUST A MANIAL T/t lift??

I'm new to marine mechanics but I was told my 73 Evinrude has no power tilt trim on it as I don't see any hydraulic lines or an electric motor.
Someone said the electric motor might have been removed...

Anyways here are some pics so can someone please verify is this set up in strcy manual or is in face power electric??

Manual tilt only. Everything is there and not a power T&T unit. Hard to find and adapt to that old motor so if you need T&T I would suggest an aftermarket unit.
