Does anyone have this stereo pyle plcd8mrkt? Does it have a detatchable face?

HELLO ALL JUST WONDERING IF ANYONE BOUGHT THIS STEREO...I RECENTLY PURCHASED THIS AND IT SAYS IT HAS A DETATCHABLE FACE BUT I CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO DETATCH IT. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT THANKS!

Don't think it's detachable. I looked on a few sites and none of them mention having a detachable face.

Yeah, ditto. I looked at 20 different websites and none of them lists it as detachable. They do list the included head unit, but not detachable.

Same here, none of the site say it detaches, that is why it has the smoked dome to cover the unit if not installed in a glove box senario.

thank you everyone ...ya i finally called pyle and they said it's not...the guy gave me 20 dollars back .....how do people keep there stereos from being stolen when they take their boats out? or is that a big thing with boats? this is my first boat so not sure if i goto vegas or laughlin i know there are really expensive boats out there. just wondering is there a problem with stereos getting stolen or anything inside the boats getting stolen?

I keep my boat at a marina and I installed a Kenwood face removal deck, so I can take it with me cause I thought it would get stolen but I started leaving the face on and so far no one has done anything, people have used my BBQ propane tank without asking but later been told about it. There is a courtesy among boaters to take care of each others belongings and boats in the marina, I would be more careful and worried if I had the boat sitting in my driveway.
