Does my 1960 Johnson have a fuel pump?

Just picked up a 1960 18 horsepower Johnson. Does this year have a fuel pump? Haven't picked it up yet and need to know if I'm gonna need a pressurized fuel tank or not? I have a Mile Master tank for my Johnson 9.5, and was wondering if this will work as well. Also does this motor used the standard 50:1 oil mix also?

For 1960, all Johnson See-Horses are now equipped with fuel pumps ( except the 3 hp )......

The 50:1 came in 1964 , so I would think you should use 24:1 on this engine .
