does the optimax 225 waste 1/4 tank of fuel?

do they waste a quarter tank of fuel like the 2 stroke efi's or are they better?<br /><br />if i have a 300 gallon fuel tank how much will i be able to use?

You'll be able to use as much as the pick up tube can reach.<br /><br />The type of motor has nothing to do with that.

How do they waste 1/4 tank of fuel.<br />My motors run till there is about an inch left in the tank.<br />But none is wasted.
