does this motor have a impeller

I have a 1974 eska wizard 1 cyl engine model# esk-6602-a47 can anyone please tell me if this motor has a impeller. I know that the power head is air cooled but the lower motor leg is water cooled. Is the lower motor leg cooled by impeller or by foward motion forcing water up the water tube.
