I am seeking help on whether this prop needs to be replaced or repaired and what level you guys with knowledge think that it's in. There are no major gouges or bends that I can see, but a decent bit of pitting and some blade edges that are less than perfect. There is one blade that has a bend at the tip. I'm looking to see if the prop, in its current shape, is in need of repair and whether you guys think that I'm losing speed or efficiency using it in its current state. Pictures attached below.

You are loosing efficiency, however, that prop is not too bad. You might heat the bent part with a propane torch and gently whack it with a hammer to straighten it out. The hub is rubber, so keep the heat near the bent tip.

The pitting is nothing to worry about. You can touch up the edges of the prop blades with a file.

That prop is just fine for 99.9% of users. If you were talking about competition racing, it might be a different story. But you wouldn't be using a common aluminum prop anyway, if that were the case.

You can bump that bent tip back with a hammer & dolly to "good enuf". Maybe dress up the edges with a file.
