dont know the name of the part

I have a 1992 60 hp merc, I was running down the river when suddenly the motor just stopped. I fired it right up and away we went. 100 yds. down the river it did it again. When I got it home I was lookig for the problem when I saw stream of water squirting out of a round part with #19074-c with 2XK under that, It is located on the port side all the way in the back and on top. If anyone can point me in the right direction, I would sure appreciate it.

A picture would probably be better than a part number.

Problem with a number only is that it may/may not be a Merc part #, and may be a casting # or something like that.
