where is fuel filter located on 1989, 75 hp, mariner, she is starving for gas ,thought i would look there first, thanks

Follow the gas line from the tank to the fuel pump... If there isn't one on the line, maybe there is one in the tank....

The filter is located between the cowling & the fuel pump. start at the "inlet" to the pump & work your way back. ( this is all located on the port side of the engine )
