DP-SM exhaust question

1996 volvo penta 5.5.0gi with a vp dpsm outdrive. Change both bellows. Running with a hose attached in the driveway I have water dripping out of the prop hub. Water is pouting out of the front of the outdrive just above the anode. Is this normal? I can't find anything or see any reason why water wouldn't just come out of the bellows and out 5 he hub or exhaust port.
I should mention the boat has been sitting for over a decade.

I don't think there is anything unusual about that. If I remember right, there are ports under there if you get down and look you will see them.

Thanks. Read that. Read about drain holeskin the bellows which I don't see. I felt pretty confidant about the installation. Just wanted to be sure before I splashed. Thanks again.
