Drain Fluid on Fastrak Tilt/Trim?

I want to change the fluid in the Fastrack Tilt/Trim system on my Erude 200hp 2001 FICHT. Any suggestions besides using a vacuum/pump to pull the fluid out through the filler cap?, as I have not found a drain plug on the unit. Under heavy loading, i.e. hole shot, the unit starts screaming extremely loud, as if the engine is about to fail. I want to start with checking the fluid for contamination before starting surgery on the valves and seals.
