drainage around stringers. should i drill?

the floor is ripped out and there was obviously a floor rot issue previously.

the stringers seems solid & sound, but need to be re-glassed in.

the floor is basically a grid of 2 stringers and 3 cross brace struts.
should i put little sections of 1" pvc tube to help drain each section, inline with the keel? or would that interfere with intended design?

nope....wont hurt at all.......just make sure the pvc is sealed so water cannot get behind the pipe and into the strings.....

dont go overboard on the drainage holes tho
