drilling transom for mounting outboard

I am ready to mount a johnson 70hp 4 stroke(j70pl4sn) to my 171 sea nymph bow rider. My dealer could not find an installation manual for this make motor. I have the center line of the transom and was wondering if there is a drilling fixture (template) for this motor or if not how do I line up the motor for precise drilling?

rmyer,<br /><br />Pretty much all outboards today have a universal bolt pattern. Any dealer should have the drilling jig.
