I have a mercruiser 5.0 w/ a bravo one . the boat is on a trailer. I need to know how hot can the drive shaft housing get. I have notice that when I run my engine with a hose for 7 minutes the housing get very hot. The reservoir has oil to the mark. the oil was changed when they replaced the ginbal bracket , transom plate and exust system in 2021.
