My seats and cushions look excellent and have no rips or cracking. However, they are very dry and stain very easily at the touch. They clean up pretty easily but as soon as you step on them or touch them it leaves a mark. Does anybody know of anything I can put on them from a conditioner to a clear coat vinyl paint...? I would really hate to have to recover something that looks so good.

Everyone has their favorite vinyl conditioner/protectant. Mine is Meguiar's M5716SP Marine/RV Vinyl and Rubber Cleaner & Protectant.

Clear or natural KIWI saddle or boot conditioner test a small spot first. It can work wonders be aware that it will have a residue for a while I wouldn’t want to sit on it in white clothes for a few weeks. Colors will come off your seats in the oil onto you. The warmer the weather when you put it on the easier it is to work with.

marine vinyl lasts about 12-15 years unless you have been lathering it with conditioner religiously since day one, then you get about 20 years

however UV is hard on vinyl, so that tends to kill it faster. if you ever used a magic eraser on the vinyl, that would take the protective layer off it

try 303 protectant. if that wont work, you may need to re-upholster

I like 303 Protectant. But hydrating the vinyl with anything is better than nothing.

If I'm not mistaken, didn't the 303 protectant company offer free bottles of their protectant on here some years ago? I think I still have a bottle...

They did. I have used several of their products, including the vinyl cleaner, and they have always performed well.

They did. I've still got some of my samples ... plus the new bottle I bought.
