Drying out a wood cored sailboat

I have an Irwin 41 that half the deck is showing wet on the water meter. It is not at all soft. Is there a way to dry out the wood core from the bottom?

not really. however many ship yards have applied large scale vacuum to various points while simultaneously heating the hull.

depending on what yard you are in, contact them. systems like dryhull and hotvac are out there. mixed success.

the only proven method is to re-core.
