Dt 100 problems

I am having a minor problem with my 92 suzuki DT 100 tilt fluid. when i lifted the motor up to the up position using the manual realse then closed it and opened up the fluild fill hole i added fluid until i could see it then closed the cap and tried to lift the motor all that hapened is the two pusher rods lifted up and the master cylinder did not move tried to let it down and all that happened is the two pushers rods went down then nothing. Any help would be apprieciated.

I ran into the same thing on my DT75. I had air in my lines and had to bleed it off. It took a few times but now it works great.

I agree. Sound like air in the system. How much fluid did it take?
Cycle the pump 8-10 times.
