where can i find the parts or if i can do it to change my suzuki dt 25short shaft in to a long shaft

the cheap way is to buy a dead long shaft motor that is identical. dead engine with no power-head or lower unit should be much cheaper than the individual parts new or used.

you will need at least:

1 spacer if your engine model uses one.

1 long drive shaft.

1 long shift shaft

1 long pick-op tube.
