dt25 float height adjustments needed

well i am eliminating my problems one by one, the one thing that stands in my way now are these settings... all three floats sit a different levels so i dont know which one is right., so im hoping someone from this may be able to help...

I have just done the carbs on a DT25 and I have set them so the floats are horizontal with the carb bodies. The drop I have set so that the floats do not foul the main jet towers or the float chambers. Best I can do for you .
