dt65 coming out of storage

i have a 89 dt65 that has been in storage for 3yrs what do i need to do to it prior to attempting to fire it off, i know it will need an water pump impeller and lower unit fluid change, other than that is there a thermostat or anything else i may need?
when i get it to running can i use amsoil PI fuel treatment to clean the fuel system? of course it would be mixed in the fuel as recommended on the bottle. or should i use antother fuel system cleaner?

after setting up that long I would pull and clean carbs ,fuel pump,and the rest of fuel system. Any fuel that was left in there will have left stuff that will plug up the passages as it comes loose. Hopefully it was fogged real good before being put up and there is no rust on the crank, bearings, and cylinders
