Then I Looked to the code errors I found this code

The DTC 113 is set anytime the IAT voltage is above 4.95V and will display on the scanner 110*F
The IAT is a 2 wire sensor and screws into the rear of the intake behind the Throttle Body (TB). Find sensor, turn key ON without starting and measure the voltage across pins (A and B). A is power and B is ground. If your meter reads a Negative voltage, swap the probes

I'm not a VP guru, just using your motor to find the items. It shows at the VP website where it is
https://www.volvopenta.com

Go there and then select "engines" then start entering 5.0G ....etc until your motor shows up. Select and then find the intake

IAT = intake air temp. Without eyes on the engine or any other info at that can't say as to if your engine has a separate iat sensor or not. MAP is manifold absolute pressure, MAT is manifold air temp. My guess is there may be a sensor on or near the flame arrestor

I know it's a different manufacturer but mercury used an iat sensor mounted to the flame arrestor on some of their older tbi, mefi controlled efi engines

This ^^^^^

Google "Volvo-Penta IAT" . . . You probably changed the wrong sensor.

What was the part number of the new sensor you installed? The link you posted has many different MAP/MAT sensors on it. You want Volvo p/n 3859020. If you bought something cheaper then $300, save the original one. You will probably need it.

But wait, there's more!

The DTC 0113 is telling you there is an open circuit. Suggest you follow @alldodge instructions to measure voltage at the connecter but Use the #! and #2 pins. I think he might have gotten mistaken about 8.1 vs 5.0 diagrams.

Now the bad news, This DTC0113 won't shut the engine down or keep it from starting. Looks like you have at least 2 problems. If you want to troubleshoot this issue you should order the manuals from:

Input your serial number and the manuals will be listed.
Workshop manual - EGC Diagnostics has the troubleshooting info you will need.
Workshop manual, EFI Repair has the repair replacement instruction.
and
Wiring diagram has the wiring diagrams you might need.
you might also need,
Workshop manual, Catalyst Exhaust for why your engine won't start.

A scan tool like the Rinda diacom or techmate will be a big help and might be required. That's available from here. https://www.rinda.com/

P.S. don't use a cheap volt meter for this test, they can fry the ECM

That’s the part sensor I think I found out the problem, i believe the low pressure fuel pump. This is crazy I checked the high its showing 55 psi but I never checked the low pressure, and when I locked online it said if the low pressure pump is bad it’s caused engine misfire

Your right, it is crazy that the low pressure fuel pump would cause an engine to die and not restart. Does your engine have a misfire?

Easy to test the low pressure pump.
