I'm in the process of refitting a boat that has in-cabin and flybridge steering and have a couple of questions about this:
1) I am looking to convert to a hydraulic steering system but don't have any understanding of how works inregards to having two steering wheels. I have searched but it doesn't seem that my queries are bringing back any relevant information. Can someone give me a couple of pointers? If it's important to know, I am converting from I/O to outboard on a bracket.
2) How do the electronics work in tandem? I can envision either wiring them in parallel or through a switch, but what is the method that boat builder use?
Thanks
