I have a 1973 merc thunderbolt,I cant get any tachs to work,The tach worked 9 years ago, doing restoration now and none will work,engine runs fine. Please help

I'll answer this thread since you posted it before the other same one later on. It is frowned upon to post the same question in multiple threads. Makes it hard to keep track of what is going on as members reply. Also, you will get more/better responses if the title is a little clearer .

That being said, can you provide some more info? What motor specifically, how old is the tach etc? You mention "can't get any tachs to work". What type of tach(s) do you have?
