Hi , is there a correct way the two propellers must fit to each other when mounted on the axels or dont it matter ?

Well the thrust washers have to be turned the correct direction, yes. Or the prop hubs won't fit right. But if you mean the blades' relationship, technically no. But, if the props are off, then you should "time" them when you put them back on. Easiest way to explain that is to install the outer prop on with one blade sticking directly up (12 o'clock) while the inner prop has one blade sticking directly down (6 o'clock). The theory is that two blades should not pass directly under the anti-ventialtion plate at the same time.
Please note, Mercruiser does NOT require this on a Bravo 3, and it shouldn't make any difference. As I say, if the props are off, put them on that way. if they are already on the boat, go boating and don't worry about it.
