Just re launched my Regal 1800 LSR after de-winterising. Have spent a great week back on the water. However on Sunday, while cruising back to an Island, the engine suddenly died. No choking or noise. By died I mean slowed to 10 to 15mph rather than the 47 we were travelling at. Revs were okay for that speed but throttle was fully open.

Now she starts okay but will not allow the turbo to kick in at all. she will not accelerate beyond around 1/5 throttle. Engine sounds absoulutley fine.

I have been advised that it is fuel starvation, however I would have though that the engine would run rough if this was the case. Any ideas please.

Thanks

Nope,.........

As long as you provide Fuel to a Diesel,..... It'll Run......

There's No Doubt in My mind that Fuel Starvation Is in fact your Issue........

Did you even Check the Filters,..??.....
That's the 1st "Go To" thing with a Diesel.......
