E70TLCTE Head bolts torque and tightining order

I have got to fit a new head gasket to my 83' Evinrude 70 and i dont yet have a manual. Does anyone know the torque setting for the head bolts and the tightening order?

Where can i get a manual in the UK? everywhere i look seems to be in the states!
