easy spark plug question

bought new acdelco plugs for merc 260, see serial #s in sig. The new ones are quite a bit longer from the bottom of nut to tip. Will this cause a problem, down into cylinder more? Thanks for any help

Ayuh,... The threaded end is the same,... the wire tip will be slightly further from the head...
