Ebasicpower problems..

They can kiss my...<br />From***X<br />I had the same exact experience as Robby6950. Ebasicpower has great prices and I have always received the parts in a timely fashion. But when I received a defective part and returned it, and ordered the same part from them again, and received another defective part I called them about it. To say they were rude would be a major understatement! I was told not to ever order from them again, and that's what I intend on doing. <br />From Robby6950 <br />Nice to know I'm not alone. Rude beyond imagining. Like they don't even WANT to be bothered with taking your money. And this was a 14 dollar thermostat (they never did credit my order either). Anybody else have this problem with them?

Bought a lot of stuff from them, no problems at all. Always place my orders online but have called a couple times to see about a non cataloged item and they were very nice.<br /><br />They will continue to get some of my business for marine items.

Very rude to me on the phone a few years ago. I'd rather pay more to get friendly service. These guys are a pain. Ive heard other stories but it would be heresey to post them. I'm pretty easy to work with to. I couldnt believe the angry response I got just for asking a simple tech question. I hung up while he was still yelling.

My only grip with them was when they first opened talking to a tech person on the phone. My summer home is about 3 miles, and the next time I was there I went over to get a part and talked to the owner. Super nice gentleman, since then I have bought some items from them and they were nice. The ladies in the office, are great, very friendly.<br />They have grown from a small building to a large warehouse, so they must have a lot of satisfied customers. By the way they are from New York and are great people.

Ditto Bomar and Snapper., I've dealt with both sales and tech to make sure I got the right parts for my manifolds, risers, block off plates, etc.<br /><br />Never had to return anything to them though.
