Ebbtide boat parts? Going to look at one

Hey everyone, I've been around boats here and there but never owned one. Going to look at a couple used ones tomorrow. Both 2003, one is a Regal 1800 with the volvo 4.3, the other is an ebbtide campione 210 with a 5.0 volvo gxi-b. I was familiar with regal since they are made right down the road in Orlando, but not really familiar with ebbtides, and having a hard time finding info. It seems they are regarded pretty well, but the last year they made boats was 2014? Are there any issues finding parts with them out of production? The ebbtide is pricier than the regal, but it's bigger and the regal needs a trim motor. The owner says he can run the trim up and down with a drill motor. Performance wise I assume they'd be comparable? I do really like the fact that the ebbtide is fuel injected, not sure about the regal til I see it.

Any last minute tips? I have looked through a few boat inspection checklists online, and if I like either of the boats enough I'll ask for a water test before I buy.

Welcome to iboats.

Ebbtide does make a good boat.

Factory parts for any boat, are pretty much not available after a few years.

But most parts are generic, not make or model specific, so replacements of some sort should be available for most items.

Parts are definitely available for the engine and outdrive.

I saw both boats today. The regal is pretty rough overall, the ebbtide was clean but I did have a question about slop in the steering and how much is normal. I started a new thread here:
