Electric fuel pump

I have a 4.6 penta with an electric fuel pump with the key on and checking the pump with a meter there is no power,on the side of the pump bracket there is a red circuit breaker button but still nothing,I'm thinking there must be a inline fuse or something I do not know about,also it's in a 98 fourwinns if thats needed. Your advise would be greatly appreciated,Thanks

What is the full model number or serial number of your engine, There is no such thing as a 4.6, so is it a 4.3? or are your fingers 1 row over on the key board and it's a 5.7?
