Hello all,
I recently bought a used pontoon boat with an older electric Motorola motor (see pics), and need help to identify the motor and to understand type and count of batteries. Came with 2 used batteries but most on my lake use 4 batteries. I’ve looked up info a bit online but need to know the model number of motor to move forward but can’t find it. Thought maybe someone might recognize it from the pics. Thanks!

look at how the batteries were wired.

if the two batteries were wired in series, its a 24 volt system
if the two batteries were wired in parallel, its a 12 volt system.

simple electrical 101
