Hard to explain but... I have a 2006 60 HP Merc. When I turn key to get start tone, it takes about 20 seconds to recognize it, Once the tone is heard and the Volt meter reads, the Volts go back to zero and shuts off. It will cycle like this several times. I have more Marine Cranking Amps than is needed for this engine. Any Ideas??
