Electrical problem AQ271C won't fire

I have a 1989 Volvo AQ271C 350 Chevy motor that turns over but will not fire, I have replaced the coil but i am still not getting spark from the coil wire. dist cap is new and rotor cap is new also replaced the relay by the throttle do you have any suggestions on what else to look for.

Do you have voltage to the coil + terminal with the key in the run position? If so, check it while the engine is cranking over.

we have 10 Volts at the pos side of the coil

What is it while you are cranking the engine over.

Will measure the voltage at the coil while the engine is cranking this weekend
