Electrical Question...

OK... so I know the boat works and everything is good so far... now it's time for some additions (radio, trying to figure out what the hell a depth gauge is and how to install it, lights (as mine currently aren't hooked up), and other basic things of that nature.

Being that I have no electrical background, I would like to know if there are any good sites around that tackle the issue of wiring peripherals to a boat that is fiberglass (no ground) and things like that. Preferably one in English...;) (read: easy to understand).

As always, any help would be fantastic. The sooner I get these lights going, the sooner I can stay out past 7pm... :)

Thanks!

Re: Electrical Question...

There's a book I highly recommend. Called the "12 Volt Bible for Boats" by Miner Brotherton. An excellent reference manual for anyone interested in their 12 volt systems. Very definitive. :D:D
